Where should I go once I park?
*make sure you see Salons D' Allon on the front of the building
*my suite is located on the ground floor through the glass doors to the right of Iron Horse Rockbar
*feel free to come into the lobby, but please wait on the small bench
*text me to let me know you have arrived but wait for my text response indicating I am ready for you
*please do not come back to my suite before you have heard from me
What is the best way to communicate with you?
*text messages are the best and only way to communicate with me
Should I dress a certain way, or will you take pictures?
*I will take before & after pictures & videos, be mindful NOT to wear hoodies or bulky clothing

Is there a bathroom I can use?
*restrooms are located down the hall on your left side

Will you provide snacks and drinks or other amenities?
*for services 90 minutes or longer, "adult beverages" will be offered, but I have plenty of other options too. I have snacks, air diffuser, & a super soft cozy blanket if you get chilly
Can I buy products from you if I like what you use?

I woke up not feeling well, what should I do?
*if you are experiencing flu, or cold-like symptoms, such as excessive coughing/sneezing or fever, or are generally not feeling well, please contact me immediately so we can discuss if rescheduling is necessary

My babysitter canceled last minute so I need to bring my kiddo with me...
*unfortunately, we will need to reschedule. I have limited space, sharp objects, & chemicals inside my salon suite. It is not a safe place for kiddos not receiving services

This is a little embarrassing, but my hair (or my kiddo's hair) is a tangled / matted / dreaded mess, what should I do?
***take a deep breath & relax. I've got this! But....you have to tell me when you text me!!!! If you or your kiddo just show up like this, I cannot cut you or your kiddos's hair & we will have to reschedule & a same-day cancellation fee will apply***

*debit card, credit card, & Apple Pay are preferred, but of course I will accept cash**
What if I don't want to adhere to your rules?
