Where should I go once I park?
- 
​make sure you see Salons D' Allon on the front of the building
 - 
​my suite is located on the ground floor, through the glass doors to the right of Iron Horse Rockbar (look for the fancy light fixture hanging from the ceiling)
 - 
the doors are locked until 10am, but if they are unlocked, feel free to come into the lobby where you can wait on the small green bench
 - 
​text me to let me know you have arrived, but wait for my text response indicating I am ready for you
 - 
​please do not come back to my suite before you have heard from me
 
What is the best & most efficient way to communicate with you?
- 
text messages are the ONLY way to communicate with me
 
Should I dress a certain way & will you be taking pictures?
- 
I will take before & after pictures & videos
 - 
neutral colors are appreciated (black, white, grey), & please be mindful NOT to wear hoodies or big bulky clothing

Where is the restroom?
- 
restrooms are located down the hall on your left

Will you provide snacks & drinks or other amenities?
- 
for services 90 minutes or longer, "adult beverages" will be offered, but I have plenty of other options too
 - 
I have snacks, an air diffuser, & a super soft & cozy blanket if you get chilly
 
 
If I like the products you use on my hair, are they available for purchase?
- 
YES!!! You can purchase Innersense Organic Beauty products from me

I woke up not feeling well. What should I do?
- 
if you are experiencing flu or cold-like symptoms, such as excessive coughing/sneezing, have a fever, or are generally not feeling well, please contact me immediately so we can discuss if rescheduling is necessary

My babysitter canceled, so I will need to bring my kiddo with me...is that ok?
- 
unfortunately no we will need to reschedule & a re-booking fee may apply. I have limited space, and with sharp tools and salon chemicals in use, my suite isn’t a safe environment for kiddos who aren’t receiving a service

This is a little embarrassing, but my hair (or my kiddo's hair) is tangled, matted, or starting to dread. What should I do?
- 
please don’t worry, I’m here to help, not to judge. If detangling will take extra time, just let me know in advance so I can adjust your appointment & services accordingly. An additional fee may apply depending on the time & effort needed, but I’ll always be upfront & as gentle as possible throughout the process.
 - 
please note: I’m unable to cut your hair, or your kiddo’s, if it’s tangled, matted, or beginning to dread. If this hasn’t been communicated ahead of time, we’ll need to reschedule, & a same-day cancellation fee will apply. Thanks so much for understanding!

What if I’m not happy with how my hair turns out, either right after the appointment or a few days later?
- 
I want you to absolutely love your curls! If something feels off with your cut, let me know within 7 days of your appointment, & I’ll gladly make it right. Please understand, redo appointments are meant to fine-tune what we originally discussed, not to switch up the entire look
 - 
If you have had a change-of-heart about what we had originally discussed, a new appointment will need to be booked

What payment methods do you accept?
- 
debit card, credit card, & Apple/Google Pay are preferred, but of course I will accept cash**
 
 
What if I don't want to follow your rules or policies?
- 
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time
