***I do run a tight ship and the allotted time to complete your service is based off me starting your service(s) on time. On the day of your New Guest Drycut, please arrive a few minutes early. Once you are inside the lobby, please text me and let me know you are here. I will be out shortly to greet you and walk you back to my suite.***
Because every curly girl is different, it is hard to know exactly how long each appointment will be until I have you in my chair. Please take this into account when you are booking your appointment and try not to schedule anything before or after your New Guest Drycut as it could easily take 3-5 hours.
I will always do my very best to communicate with you via text if I will finish my prior appointment early so you can come earlier, or if it might take a little more time then intended so you are not waiting on me. Please understand that I will make every effort to respect your time, but as you know, sometimes curls are just unpredictable.
Unattended children will be fed chocolate cake and given a cuddly kitten!
The salon is not a safe place for children as there are chemicals, sharp objects, etc around. My suite has limited space and I like to keep it quiet and relaxing for you, so please make other arrangements for your little ones and significant others so that I can focus my attention on you and your curly hair needs only.
Please be aware, before and after pictures will be taken and posted.
Please do not style with oils or heavy creams and discontinue the use of Shea Moisture products. I find that they weigh the curls down and cause extra buildup on the hair.
If your curls are too tangled or too oily to cut properly, I may choose to do the Curl Set & Finish first and then do a proper Drycut after. If this needs to happen, then an upcharge will apply.
If your curls are wet and I have to diffuse them for any length of time, there will be an upcharge. I need your curls to be 100% dry.

The pricing may shift up or down based on the game plan we create during your appointment.
On the day of your scheduled experience, I ask that you arrive a few minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time. This will give you time to relax from your drive in. Please text me once you are inside the lobby.
If you will be more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule some or all of your services and a late fee or re-booking fee will apply.
I would never want to compromise your experience by feeling rushed!
So please plan for traffic delays, construction delays, and babysitter running late delays, so that we can begin your experience at the scheduled time.
Cancellation and Last Minute
I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that may have been booked weeks or even months ago. That is why you will receive a system generated reminder of your appointment 48 hours in advance automatically and I will also personally text you a reminder with instructions. With possibly 3-5 hours booked out for your appointment, I need a written confirmation saying that you are coming, so please read all my instructions and respond promptly when you receive my text!
Upon canceling, a re-booking fee will need to be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled if:
*less than 24 hour notice was given
-$60 re-booking fee
*same day notice was given
-$100 re-booking fee
