I do run a tight ship and the allotted time to complete your service is based off me starting your service(s) on time. On the day of your appointment, please arrive a few minutes early. This will give you time to unwind from your drive. Please text me and let me know you are here, but wait in your car, outside the salon, or in the lobby until I have responded.
Please be aware, before and after pictures will be taken and posted.
**In preparation for your New or Returning Curly Cut Service:
LOW / MEDIUM DENSITY CURLY OR SUPER CURLY HAIR:
*Hair 100% COMPLETELY DRY (there will be an upcharge if I have to diffuse for any length of time).
*Styled to have the most definition and curl.
*Product is fine, nothing heavy and NO OILS!
*Not quite sure what to do? Wash your hair first and then with conditioner in, detangle with your fingers or comb. Leave the conditioner in. While your curls are soaking wet, gently lean all your hair over the left shoulder and scrunch up with your hands repeatedly. Repeat on the right side. Return to left side this time scrunch up with Microfiber towel or old cotton t-shirt. Repeat on right side. Allow to air dry fully or diffuse.
*Try not to touch it while it is drying!
*Do not pull your hair up in anyway for any length of time.
*Do not use clips, bobby pins, or wear a hat when you come in for your appointment.

*Fresh Wash Day hair
*COMPLETELY DRY & DETANGLED
*The more stretched out, the better. Leave in conditioner, cream, or gel is fine...nothing too heavy and NO OILS!
Please keep in mind Saturdays are "VIP" days and there will be an additional 30% added to the regular price of any Returning Curly Cut or Express Cut.
I do offer "Premium Appointments" which are available on my normal days off. These appointments are given upon request for the regular price plus an additional 30%. Please reach out via text to request one of these appointments! Premium appointments are available for New and Returning Guests.
Unattended children will be fed chocolate cake and given a cuddly kitten!
The salon is not a safe place for children as there are chemicals, sharp objects, etc around. My suite has limited space and I like to keep it quiet and relaxing for you, so please make other arrangements for your little ones and significant others so that I can focus my attention on you and your curly hair needs only.
Please text me immediately if you will be more than 10 minutes late, text me immediately. I may need to reschedule some or all of your services and a late or re-booking fee will apply. I would never want to compromise your experience by feeling rushed, so please plan for traffic delays, construction delays, and babysitter running late delays so that we can begin your experience at the scheduled time.
Cancellation and Last Minute
I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that may have been booked weeks ago. That is why you will receive a system generated reminder of your appointment 72 hours in advance automatically. Please don't respond to this notification.
I will personally text you a reminder with instructions 48 hours in advance. With possibly 3-5 hours booked out for your appointment, whether you are a New guest or Returning Guest, a written confirmation response via text is REQUIRED a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment time, so please read all my instructions and respond promptly when you receive my text! Failure to respond will result in appointment cancellation and a re-booking fee will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.
Upon canceling, a re-booking fee will need to be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled if:
*less than 24 hour notice was given
-$60 re-booking fee
*same day notice was given
-$100 re-booking fee
