Before & after photos/videos will be taken & may be shared to showcase your beautiful curls. Your transformation deserves to be celebrated!
​​For the best results, your hair must arrive:
• 100% completely dry
(A diffusing upcharge will apply if additional drying time is needed.)
• Styled to show your curls at their most defined
• Free of oils (creams & gels are perfectly fine)
Simple Curly Hair Prep Guide

Wash & detangle gently while conditioner is in.
Leave conditioner in.
Apply styling products while curls are soaking wet (avoid heavy oils).
Scrunch side to side.
Scrunch again with a microfiber towel or cotton t-shirt.
Air dry or diffuse completely.
Please do not:
Pull hair up before your appointment
Wear clips, bobby pins, hats, or sunglasses
These can stretch or distort your curl pattern.
Unattended children will be fed chocolate cake and given a cuddly kitten!
​For the safety of kiddos not receiving services, due to chemicals, sharp tools, & limited space, my salon is not a place for extra guests. To maintain a calm, relaxing experience, please make arrangements for children & significant others so that I can give my full attention to your curls & your experience!

Late arrivals may require:
• Rescheduling part or all of your service
• A late or rebooking fee

I never want you to feel rushed or have your experience compromised, so please plan ahead for Houston traffic, construction, or late-babysitter delays.
LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULES & CANCELATIONS
Upon rescheduling or canceling, a re-booking fee may need to be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled if:​

* less than 24-hour notice given
-$75 re-booking fee
* same day notice given
-$100 re-booking fee
I know how easy it is to forget appointments booked weeks ago, so here’s how I help keep us on track:

First, you'll receive an automatic reminder via Square (my booking software) 72 hours prior. ​

Second, I’ll personally text you 2 days prior with all the details & curl prep guide.
​Please respond promptly to confirm your appointment & that you have read all my instructions carefully.
