I do run a tight ship and the allotted time to complete your service is based off me starting your service(s) on time. On the day of your appointment, please arrive a few minutes early. This will give you time to unwind from your drive. Please text me and let me know you are here, but wait in your car until I have responded and told you to come up.
Please be aware, before and after pictures will be taken and posted.
**In preparation for your New Guest or Returning Drycut Service, please come to the salon with your curls 100% COMPLETELY DRY, detangled, and styled so you have the most definition in your waves or curls. There will be an upcharge of I have to diffuse.
**If you have coily or kinky curls, please come with fresh Wash Day hair that is COMPLETELY DRY! The bigger, the better.
**Do not pull your hair up in a ponytail, braid, bun, clips, bobby pins, or wear a hat to your appointment.
Unattended children will be fed chocolate cake and given a cuddly kitten!
The salon is not a safe place for children as there are chemicals, sharp objects, etc around. My suite has limited space and I like to keep it quiet and relaxing for you, so please make other arrangements for your little ones and significant others so that I can focus my attention on you and your curly hair needs only.
Please do not style with oils or heavy creams. If hair is too tangled/oily to cut properly, I will do the Curl Set & Finish first and then Drycut after and an upcharge will apply.
If you will be more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule some or all of your services and a late fee or re-booking fee will apply. I would never want to compromise your experience by feeling rushed, so please plan for traffic delays, construction delays, and babysitter running late delays so that we can begin your experience at the scheduled time.
Cancellation and Last Minute
I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that may have been booked weeks or even months ago. That is why you will receive a system generated reminder of your appointment 72 hours in advance automatically and I will also personally text you a reminder with instructions 48 hours in advance. With possibly 3-5 hours booked out for your appointment, I need a written confirmation saying that you are coming, so please read all my instructions and respond promptly when you receive my text!
Upon canceling, a re-booking fee will need to be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled if:
*less than 24 hour notice was given
-$60 re-booking fee
*same day notice was given
-$100 re-booking fee
